30-day returns policy
We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Card Genie, as we put a lot of effort in to ensure that our products are designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged product, simply return it within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will offer a refund on the item based upon the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees paid on your purchase are non-refundable.
In addition, please note the following:
- Returns must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
- It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Card Genie when products are sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
- Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain the return address based on your purchased item.
- Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
LATE RETURNS - We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your purchase and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.
FAULTY ITEMS - In the rare event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the item and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible for resolution.
1 Year Registered Warranty
What the warranty covers.
Please register your warranty within 7day of receiving your item. Our warranty covers faults in workmanship and materials upon arrival or within a year. This doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
What the warranty doesn't cover.
Our warranty does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable use or neglect, or is an unwanted gift or change of mind. Additionally, Card Genie will not be liable to cover damages that may result from the use of any Card Genie product. Our one year warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.
How to claim the warranty.
If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a return or exchange request directly at email@example.com. In order for your warranty to be considered, please include your order number and clear pictures detailing the manufacturing defect.
