If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a full refund or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused and undamaged and in the original packaging.
What the warranty covers.
Our warranty covers faults in workmanship and materials upon arrival or within a year. This doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
What the warranty doesn't cover.
Our warranty does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable use or neglect, or is an unwanted gift or change of mind. Additionally, the Card Genie will not be liable to cover damages that may result from the use of any Card Genie product. Our one year warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.
How do I claim the warranty.
If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a return or exchange request directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please include your order number and some pictures detailing the manufacturing defect.
